I discovered yoga more than 15 years ago during a hot Bikram yoga class, and it was love at first practice. What started as curiosity soon became an important part of my everyday life.
After completing my 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher training, I spent time in the mountains of Nepal, where I found deeper inspiration in the roots and traditions of yoga. It was also there that I discovered the calming sound of singing bowls, something that has become part of the relaxation at the end of my classes.
Today, I teach Hatha-inspired yoga classes in Buchs, Switzerland, in a warm and supportive atmosphere. I teach my classes in English and welcome both beginners and more experienced students.

My classes are open to beginners, and I always offer options for different levels. You don't need to be flexible, strong, or "good at yoga" to join, because the focus is not on perfection, but on moving with awareness, feeling more connected and enjoying the practice at your own pace.

I teach Hatha-inspired yoga that combines strengthening, stretching, mobility, balance, breath awareness, and relaxation. I like to keep the pace mindful and supportive, with space to slow down and reconnect with your body.
Yes, I teach all classes in English.
Just wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring your own yoga mat if you have one. If not, don’t worry, I also have mats and props available at the studio.
Yes, there is space to change before and after class. Please note that there are no shower facilities available at the studio.
That is completely okay. Yoga is not about performing poses perfectly. I always encourage you to listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and choose the variation that feels right for you.
I keep my classes relatively small, which creates a more personal and relaxed atmosphere and allows me to give individual guidance when needed.
Many people come to my classes to move more, release tension, improve mobility, and create a little space to slow down from everyday stress. Everyone’s experience is different, but yoga can be a wonderful support for both body and mind.
Yes, please book your class in advance through the booking calendar so I can keep the group sizes comfortable for everyone.
